UPC code

I want to know, for the first product, do you guys have it shipped to your house, put UPC on, then deliver to AMZ warehouse? That means we don't turn on FBA until we have our products all ready? thank you for your kind advise.

Send your upc tp your supplier, ask them to print and stick it for you

Then I need to set up LLC company before I apply for UPC code? I still don’t figure out which step should I take the first. Thank you!
